The Democratization of B5one - Run for President

In response to my post about what we do with B5one going forward, the general concensus is

- People want B5one to stay around
- People largely like it the way it is
- People suggest a new president might be able to get things going again

So, in response, I'm calling for the first B5one elections to find a new President.  After being a dictator for 7 years, and killing many, many people in my wake, I think the time is right for the bloodshed to end, and the people to rise up and find someone to run their car club.

I'll still be me - still the founder and owner, still have ultimate authority to crush anyone that gets in my way...sort of the Chairman of the Board, only without the board, and without a chair since sitting hurts my sciatic nerve.

If you're interested in running, please PM me with the following:

- Name (real and screen), location, age, car
- Why you want to be president
- What you'd do to grow B5one - not just membership numbers, but posting
- Anything else you feel is important to me understanding your candidacy.

From all applicants, the Moderators and I will confer on the final set of people to go out publicly with a vote on.

I'd love to get this done by mid-March, so please come to me soon if you're interested.  And, of course, I welcome any and all questions you may have.  I've posted a PDF with some of the core and optional duties, but these are the bare minimum - I expect more ideas than this.  They can be downloaded here.

this is such a full time job on it's own. i'd like to step up and run but as i noticed before when i was trying to setup a cruise for B5one donate, no one else wanted to help at all. with that being on my mind, i won't even try running. i how ever will help trying to setup another TDH or a cruise. last year B5one didn't hit the radar for that many people at all, compared to how it has in the past. i say we take the new president of B5one and B5one as a whole to an entire new level! lets make dizz and B5one prouder than ever! good luck to all of those that are running and i personally have to give it up to the people that have the guts to run!

So, this whole thing got a bit derailed by my house getting flooded, but so far, only 1 person turned in a proposal, so I'm going to table this.

Seems like most people just want the place to stay as it is and be there for them, so I won't rock the boat.  If you're interested in taking the wheel, send in a proposal, and once we get some options, I'll post up some voting.
